Take your pick from a great selection of double rooms in a three bedroom apartment, each with their own en-suite bathroom. This modern and stylish property is 120 m² and is located on the second floor. There is a large open-plan common area, with a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen, a big dining table, and a living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV.
Moncloa is a popular, busy area of the city, full of bars and restaurants, and with plenty of local amenities. It is also close to the Ciudad Universitaria university district, making this an ideal location for students.
What we liked the most
- The heart of the apartment is the huge open plan kitchen/dining area. This inviting and welcoming room will make you want to spend time at home relaxing in front of the TV or cooking in the ample kitchen.
- The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and you will love the convenience of having your own modern en-suite bathroom.
- This apartment is perfectly kitted for a relaxed and pleasant stay. Added benefits include having both air-conditioning and natural gas heating, a clothes dryer, a lock in your bedroom door, a dishwasher and a cleaning service once a fortnight.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedrooms are numbered based on the landlord's numbering which takes into account all of his properties. There are only 3 rooms in the apartment, not 28!
