This five-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Benito Guiterrez in the Argüelles section of Madrid. Argüelles is one of Madrid's most popular student neighborhoods due to its easy access to several of the city's main universities and to Malasaña nightlife and other key attractions in the center of Madrid. The neighborhood is also near Parque de Oeste and the famous Templo de Debod. The area of this apartment is 120 m2.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has an oven, something that’s not entirely common in homes in Madrid
- The kitchen also has a panini press
- The living room has a street view
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen has gas stove
- The living room is on the small side and the table only has barstools
- There is only one full bathroom; the other bathroom is a powder room (only with a toilet and sink)
