This three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on the ground floor of the apartment building. You may dry your clothes on an individual drying rack inside the apartment. Rent includes Council Tax, a cleaning service (once a week for only the common areas in the apartment), WiFi, and water. However, gas, heating, and electric are NOT included in the price of rent. Sheets are also included in the price of rent. There is individual heating in the apartment. The minimum stay is four months.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Juan Álvarez Mendizabal in the Argüelles section of Madrid. Argüelles is a popular neighborhood due to its proximity to many of Madrid’s university campuses and its easy access to Malasaña nightlife and other attractions in the center of Madrid. This apartment is located in the Ventura Rodríguez section of Argüelles, giving it close proximity to Plaza de España and Malasaña! The apartment has an area of 90 m2.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has two amenities that aren’t common in homes in Madrid: an oven (ideal for bakers) and a dishwasher (perfect for those who don’t want to wash dishes by hand)
- The apartment has exposed stone foundations in its construction, giving it a really cool aesthetic
- There are also exposed wooden beams, which adds another unique element to the property's aesthetic
- There are two fridges in the kitchen (perfect for people who love cooking and eating!)
- The living/dining area is big with lots of furniture and space for throwing dinner parties
- The apartment also has a patio
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is located in one of the bathrooms (this is normally in the kitchen)
- One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has two single beds, while the other bedroom is located upstairs away from the rest of the apartment
- Keep in mind that this apartment is on the ground floor, meaning that it's street level
