This seven-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Francos Rodríguez in Cuatro Caminos, Madrid. The area of this apartment is 130 m².

This particular area of Cuatro Caminos has access to the city center via Line 1 of the Metro as well as the Francos Rodríguez Metro stop that provides access to Ciudad Universitaria via a quick transfer. The neighborhood also has a large municipal pool complex that is perfect to relax in during the hot summer months.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen has a microwave and oven (an amenity not so common in Madrid!)
  • Each room has its own key, perfect for those with safety in mind!
  • There is a small patio located just off the kitchen, a perfect place to dry your clothes or to set up a seating area
  • All utilities are capped at €55 per month, perfect for those keen on factoring all living expenses
  • All of the beds have storage space underneath the mattress!!

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no TV in the living room, only a dining room table with chairs
  • There are only two common bathrooms (one of the bedrooms does have an en-suite bathroom
  • Please note that the landlord does not accept couples.
