This four-bedroom, two-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle de la Palma in Malasaña, one of Madrid’s most vibrant (and one of the world’s most hipster) neighborhoods. In addition to being on an iconic street in Malasaña, this 110 m² apartment is in the heart of Malasaña, with easy access to Metro stops in various points of the neighborhood. This apartment is for those who want to be in the heart of a neighborhood that has a strong personality by day and by night, full of unique stores, restaurants, and bars.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has air conditioning, perfect for hot summer days in Madrid!
- The kitchen has a dishwasher, an amenity not often found in Madrid! It’s perfect for those who don’t like washing their own dishes!
- All of the bedrooms have fridges inside and TVs.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment doesn’t having a living room, making it more ideal for tenants looking for a large room with little common space.
- The kitchen doesn’t have a fridge, thus making it imperative that you keep your food inside your room.
