This area is ideal for those looking to have the convenience of affluent Salamanca as well as close proximity to the Quinta de la Fuente del Berro, a large park. The area of the apartment is 120 m2.

Landlord policies
Smoking is permitted in some parts of the apartment. The landlord speaks English and doesn’t live inside the apartment. You may pay your rent either in cash, via bank transfer, or by credit card. As previously noted, in addition to what you pay to us, the landlord requires a deposit of €500 per person for a double room and a deposit of €600 per person in single bedrooms. The deposit will be used to pay the last month’s rent and any outstanding bills and/or repairs. The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month).
