This six-bedroom, four-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Espronceda in the Ríos Rosas section of Madrid's Chamberí district. This apartment is in one of Madrid's most castizo, or authentic, neighborhoods with access to fantastic parks, boutiques and gourmet restaurants, and plenty of public transportation connections into the center of Madrid.The area of the apartment is 270 m2.

What we liked the most
- The living room has beautiful, modern furniture with plenty of space for entertaining that’s comfortable
- There are lots of bathrooms, meaning that there won’t be fights over the bathroom
- The kitchen has plenty of modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, electric stove, and a dishwasher (ideal for those not keen on hand-washing their own dishes). There’s even a separate freezer!
- There’s also a laundry room
- There is a separate walk-in closet, which would mean that you would have to share it with your roommates
