Two single rooms and two twin rooms are available for rent in a 5-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. This exterior apartment is very well-equipped and comfortable. The owner lives on the property, so you can get some invaluable insight from a local on what to see and do in the city. This apartment enjoys of a great location in José Ortega y Gasset street, in up-market Salamanca neighborhood, which is considered by many one of the best areas to live in Madrid. The total floor area of the apartment is 135sqm.
What we liked the most
- The living room is well appointed with a great selection of traditional style furniture and decorations.
- There is a dining table, a double sofa, two armchairs and a flat screen TV.
- There is a really nice balcony which is accessed via the living area, offering great views over the city.
- For added convenience, all bills and a cleaning service are included in the monthly rent.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is older style, but very well equipped with everything you can need for cooking and dining. There is a separate dining room adjoining the kitchen equipped with a round table with some chairs.
