An eight bedroom 250 sqm apartment with three bathrooms which has been recently renovated resulting in a clean an comfortable living space. This apartment is a fantastic option for people who love to shop, located on Calle Fuencarral, one of the city's best shopping districts. This apartment is also located right next to Fuencarral Market, which is a hip, three-story store which caters mostly to the younger crowd with cool shops and funky events taking place regularly. Even if you don't like to shop, this is one of the best places to live in the city, being nestled between posh Malasaña and happening Chueca neighborhoods. This area is served by many bus lines, and Metro stations Tribunal, Gran Vía and Chueca are located within a five minute walk from the apartment.

- This apartment has a great range of large bedrooms to choose from, some of them even have living areas within the rooms featuring sofas and coffee tables, so you can invite people over to your room for a drink.
- There are three modern shared bathrooms.
- There is a spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining including two fridges, plus it has a dining table where you can share a drink or a meal with your roommates.
