Individual rooms available for rent in a modern 4 bedroom apartment with one shared bathroom. This flat enjoys of a fantastic central location on Conde de Romanones street, right next to Puerta del Sol and the Plaza de Jacinto Benavente. The iconic Huertas street and beautiful Plaza de Santa Ana are also located a short walk away. Getting around the city will be easy, with Tirso de Molina metro station located a minute away from the apartment and stations Sol and La Latina also within close proximity. This apartment is perfect for movie lovers, with the fascinating Filmoteca Española two minutes away. This beatifully renovated art-deco movie theatre showcases many classic and festival films at cheap prices.
What we liked the most
- You will love the added comfort of living in a recently renovated apartment with brand new furniture and accessories.
- The apartment has four double rooms with windows, all equipped with double beds, desks and wardrobes.
- It is really nicely decorated offering nice wooden floor and freshly painted walls. All rooms have bright duvet covers which add a lovely touch of color.
- There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and dining including a stove, an oven, a microwave and a handy dishwasher.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment doesn't have a living area, but there is a dining table in the kitchen where you can share a drink or a meal with your roommates.
- There is only one shared bathroom, but it is modern and fully equipped, offering both a shower and a bath tub.
