A great selection of rooms available to choose from in a recently renovated. 7-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. This comfortable apartment has a total floor area of 200 sqm and is located in Madrid de los Austrias, in the city centre, next to the Plaza Mayor, and within close proximity to Puerta del Sol. This neighborhood is know as the bohemian area of Madrid, and is well-know for having a fantastic range of tapas bars on offer and is a popular place to visit on a Sunday. This apartment enjoys of an unbeatable central location, and you can find everything you need within walking distance. Nevertheless, La Latina metro station is conveniently located right outside the apartment, so you can easily venture off and explore other areas of the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has three exterior rooms with their own balcony and four interior rooms.
- All rooms are well equipped, including having their own desk with chairs and reading lamps, making this apartment a great option for students.
- There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and dining including a stove, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.
- You will love the spacious living area where you chill out with your roommates in the sofa or share a meal in the dining table.
Things to keep in mind
- There are only two shared bathrooms but they are both modern and equipped with a shower.
