This 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom house is located on Calle Durango in the upscale district of Aravaca in northwestern Madrid. The neighborhood, situated about 9kms from the city, is known to be largely residential, housing many families as well as professionals who commute to central Madrid to work. This renovated house with modern furniture and a backyard with a small terrace has a lot of common space, but its spaciousness allows each tenant to have a lot of independence. It would be perfect for workers who prefer to live in a tranquil and safe area while having easy access to the city.

What we liked the most

  • The whole house is renovated and decorated with modern style. The living room has a big flat-screen TV and a comfortable couch, so tenants can relax and watch TV between their work or studies.
  • The house has a big terrace area equipped with a small pool. This will be perfect in the hot summer months for hanging out with friends or sunbathing!
  • The kitchen is extremely well equipped; it has 3 large refrigerators and a big dining table where tenants can enjoy a nice meal together.
  • The house has 5 bathrooms total for 7 people; 2 of them are ensuite and 3 are shared.
  • The rental price includes electricity, water, Wi-Fi, central heating, and cleaning twice a week, so tenants do not have to worry about extra costs.

Things to keep in mind

  • The house is located a bit far from the city center, but there are bus stations nearby and the Cercania station is 20 minutes away by foot.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
