This apartment is located on the first floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and central water heating. The price of rent includes council tax only. Three single rooms available in a three bedroom apartment with one shared bathroom and one ensuite bathroom. This exterior apartment has a total floor area of 120 sqm and is located on Avenida Valladolid, in the student-friendly neighborhood of Argüelles. If you like the outdoors, then this apartment is for you, with the extensive Parque del Oeste located only steps away. This beautiful park will provide you with a great setting for running, walking or simply going for a picnic. The River Manzanares is also nearby, and it offers an extensive riverside cycle path, making it an excellent place to go for a leisurely bike ride.
What we liked the most
- The sunny living area is spacious and cozy. It is furnished with two large sofas, a coffee table, a TV and a dining table with five chairs.
- There is also a huge entertainment unit providing you with additional storage space for your books or cds.
- There are two balconies in the apartment, a very nice exterior balcony overlooking a beautifully landscaped courtyard, and an interior balcony which can be used to dry your washing.
- The ample kitchen is fully equipped, providing you with a comfortable space to cook your meals.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom, but it is fully equipped and has a bathtub.
