This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom interior apartment is located on Calle Pilar de Zaragoza in the Guindalera district of Madrid. As the area is mainly residential and tranquil, It would be perfect for professionals who like living in a quiet area. Though Guindalera is close to the city center, it maintains a local atmosphere and is inhabited by many families and young professionals. There are parks, markets, and transportation lines close to the apartment, so tenants will have everything they need at their doorstep! This property is very spacious with a total area of 100 m2.

What we liked the most
- As the apartment is an interior, tenants will not have to worry about being bothered by street noise.
- Bedroom 1 has a bathroom ensuite, so the second bathroom will only be shared by tenants of bedroom 2 and 3.
- Bedroom 3 has a double bed and charming wooden furniture.
- The neighborhood in which the apartment is located is safe and tranquil, yet the city center is a few metro stops away.
- The district is very safe; you will feel very secure walking around the neighborhood even at nighttime.
