This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Pilar de Zaragoza in the Guindalera district. The residential area is one of the safest neighborhood in Madrid and its proximity to markets, parks, and restaurants attracts many professionals and families. Salamanca, Madrid's upscale district, is a 5-10 minute walk and tenants can enjoy nice meals or go shopping whenever they want! The property has a total area of 90 m2.

- Bedroom 2 has an exterior facing balcony where the tenant can have a coffee.
- Bedroom 1 has 2 beds, so tenants can use one as a sofa.
- The living room is spacious and there is a dining area to the side where tenants can enjoy a nice meal.
- Wi-Fi is already installed, so tenants can simply move in and start browsing the web.
- The district is very safe; you will feel very secure walking around the neighborhood even at nighttime.

There is a direct metro line to the airport and by bus from Avenida de America (line 200). Bus lines 1, C1, C2 is nearby as well; these bus lines go through the most emblematic areas of Madrid (Puerta de Alcalá, Cibeles, Museo del Prado, Gran Via, Plaza España).
