This apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. The price of rent includes council tax, cleaning twice a month, heating and Wi-Fi only. There is an extra charge of 30€ per month for electricity, water and gas. At the end of your stay, you will be either refunded for any amount which was overpaid, or charged for the difference, if the utilities costs surpassed the fixed monthly charge. The minimum lease for this apartment is 270 days (9 months). You can dry your washing using a rack inside the floor.

Three single rooms and one twin room available for rent in a four bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. This interior flat has a floor area of 110 sqm, and is comfortable and silent, as it faces a courtyard rather than the street. Shared amenities include a fully equipped kitchen where you will also find a washing machine, and a living area with a TV. There is central heating throughout the apartment, so you will be nice and warm even during the harsh Madrid winter. Wi-Fi is already installed and included in the monthly rent, allowing you to contact your family back home as soon as you arrive to the flat. The apartment is located on Embajadores street, in the neighborhood of Arganzuela, steps away from a metro station.
What we liked the most
- There is a nice shared living area, equipped with two sofas, a TV and a dining table, and a dining room with another small table with two chairs.
- There are two bathrooms in the apartment, both equipped with a bathtub.
- Every bedroom has its own independent key.
- You will have your own desk with a chair in your room, providing you with a quiet and private space to study.
- Bedroom 3 is equipped with twin beds, making it a great option for friends travelling to Madrid together.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is older style, but it is fully equipped, including a gas stove, an oven, a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher.
