This apartment is located on the seventh floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has air-conditioning in some rooms, central heating and natural gas water heating. The price of rent includes council tax, cleaning twice a month, heating and Wi-Fi only. There is an extra charge of 30€ per month for electricity, water and gas. At the end of your stay, you will be either refunded for any amount which was overpaid, or charged for the difference, if the utilities costs surpassed the fixed monthly charge. The minimum lease for this apartment is 270 days (9 months). You can dry your washing using a rack inside the floor.

Three single rooms and one twin room available for rent in a four bedroom apartment with one bathroom and one toilet. This interior apartment has a floor area of 100 sqm, and is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. All bedrooms are very pleasant and clean, and there is also a shared living area with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen. These rooms offer very good value for money, with Wi-Fi, central heating and a cleaning service included in the monthly rent. This practical apartment is located on Embajadores street, in the neighborhood of Arganzuela, steps away from a metro station.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fitted with a good range of appliances and cooking utensils, allowing you to save some money by cooking your own meals.
- There is one fully equipped bathroom and one toilet with no shower.
- If you have a bicycle, you can safely store it inside the apartment, in the hallway.
- The spacious living area is a nice shared room where you can get together with your roommates at the end of a busy day at school.
- Every bedroom has a a desk with a chair, providing you with a quiet and private space to study.
- Bedroom 4 is equipped with twin beds, making it a great option for friends travelling to Madrid together.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is interior, but the rooms are not dark, as they all have windows overlooking either an interior patio or a courtyard.
