This apartment is located on the third floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. The price of rent includes council tax, Wi-Fi, central heating and a cleaning of common areas twice a month. There is a fixed charge of 30€ a month to cover water, electricity and gas, and at the end of your stay, you will be either refunded for any amount overpaid, or charged for the outstanding difference. The minimum lease for this apartment is 180 days (6 months). You can dry your washing using a rack inside the floor or in the balcony.

This tidy 110 sqm apartment has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen and a cozy living area with a balcony overlooking the street. There are five single rooms to choose from, all of them fully furnished and very comfortable. For added peace of mind, each of them has its own access key, allowing you to lock up your belongings before you leave the house. In this exterior apartment you will find everything you need for your stay in Madrid, including a washing machine, a TV, central heating and Wi-Fi. It is located on Dr. Federico Rubio y Galí avenue, in the neighborhood of Tetuan, very close to the Technical University of Madrid and Complutense University of Madrid, making these rooms a practical and affordable option for students.
What we liked the most
- The spacious kitchen will provide you with a comfortable space to cook your meals. Appliances provided include an oven, a gas stove, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher.
- There is a washing machine and an iron in the apartment, and you can take advantage of the sun and dry your washing in the balcony, using the rack provided.
- The home will be warm and cozy during the cold winter months, as there is central heating.
- There is a shared wardrobe in the hallway, which you can use to store you empty suitcases or other items you don't need in your room.
- The living area is spacious and bright, and has a sitting area, a TV and a dining table.
Things to keep in mind
- Only Wi-Fi is included in the monthly rent. Gas, water and electricity are charged separately.
- Bedrooms 1 to 3 are interior, but they all have windows overlooking an interior patio.
