This exterior five-bedroom apartment has five double rooms available to rent individually. With a floor area of 100 sqm, this tidy flat offers a good range of shared amenities, including a modern kitchen, two bathrooms, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a weekly cleaning of common areas. It is located on Calle Toledo, a bustling street in the central neighborhood of La Latina, where you will find all kinds of shops right at your doorstep, including a supermarket next to the apartment. Most of Madrid's most important landmarks are within walking distance of the flat, including Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor.
What we liked the most
- You can cook your own meals in the apartment, with one fully equipped shared kitchen where you will find a microwave, a stove, an oven, a fridge and a great range of cooking utensils. There is also a coffee machine, a toaster and an electric kettle, allowing you to make yourself a fast breakfast to start the day.
- In the apartment you will find all you need for doing your laundry, including a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and racks to dry your clothes.
- For added security, all rooms have an independent key.
- There are two shared bathrooms in the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- The living room is interior, and doesn't have any windows.
- There is a weekly cleaning service of common areas, but the cost is not included in the monthly rent.
- There is no TV in the apartment.
