Spanning 150m2, this exquisite apartment located on Plaza Manuel Becerra has 4 spacious bedrooms for rent. The flat rests on the border of the districts of Guindalera and Salamanca, giving tenants the best of both worlds: there are parks, restaurants, and shops all within a stroll from the flat, so you'll never be bored with this apartment as a base! The 2 neighborhoods are the safest in the city, allowing tenants a peace of mind day and night. The flat is a luxury as well: shared areas include a charming living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are all furnished with double beds and quaint furniture which give the flat a relaxing and homey atmosphere.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very conveniently located near metro station Manuel Becerra and many bus lines.
- The flat is immaculate, featuring parquet flooring throughout.
- The living room is exterior and absolutely beautiful: the luminous space is furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. From this room, you have impressive views of Plaza Manuel Becerra.
- There are two bathrooms for 4 tenants to share. Both have checkered tiles that invoke a '70s feel!
- The kitchen comes with a dishwasher to eliminate the need to do tedious chores. It has plenty of counter space for you to do your cooking.
- We love the wooden elements featured throughout the flat. It adds a rustic touch which contrasts nicely with the renovated apartment.

- Rooms 1-3 are interior, while Room 4 is an exterior and has balcony access.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
