Located 2 minutes away from the beautiful Retiro Park, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is luminous, luxurious, and chic. The four rooms for rent are bright and modernly furnished, featuring comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The cosy living room is equipped with a television, providing an ideal place for spending quality time with your new flatmates. You will also be able to prepare meals in a shared kitchen, equipped with all amenities, including a dishwasher. The two shared, bright bathrooms feature large showers and storage for your toiletries. To ensure a stress-free stay, all utilities, including cleaning, are included in the rent. The area of the apartment is 180m2. The apartment is nearby a metro station and has plenty of bus services available, which can take you to the city center in just a few minutes.
What we liked the most
- We really enjoy the modern furniture, featured in all common areas as well as the bedrooms.
- The entire apartment features beautiful decorations throughout, creating a sophisticated atmosphere.
- All utilities, including cleaning, are included in the rent.
- You will be located just seconds away from the Retiro park, an ideal place for running, taking an inspirational walk or having a picnic.
- The yellow counters give the kitchen a warm and friendly character.
- The surrounding area features beautiful buildings, surrounded by plenty of small cafes and restaurants.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
