This six-bedroom apartment with three bathrooms has a floor area of 150 sqm. There are four single rooms and two twin rooms available, and five out of the six rooms have their own private balconies. Each room is fully furnished, including having their own wardrobe and a desk. There are three bathrooms to be shared between all tenants and also a fully equipped kitchen where you will find an oven, an electric stove and a microwave. Other shared rooms include a dining room and a living area. This exterior flat is located on Calle Colon, in the neighbourhood of Almagro, within walking distance to Parque del Retiro, the Gran Via and Puerta del Sol.

What we liked the most

  • The living area has six armchairs and a double sofa, allowing you to get the whole flat together for some drinks.
  • There is a separate dining room furnished with a table and some chairs, providing you with a comfortable space to have your meals.
  • Each room has an independent key, allowing you to secure your personal belongings as you leave the flat.
  • Bedrooms 1 to 3 have balconies with really nice views over the street. Bedrooms 4 and 5 overlook an interior patio, and they are more silent than the exterior rooms.
  • There are heaters available throughout the apartment.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 6 doesn't have a window and this room has an electric heater rather than a gas heater.
  • The living area only has an interior window facing the corridor.
  • There is no TV in the apartment, but living in this lively neighbourhood you will always find something to do!
