This large apartment has 9 single rooms available to rent in trendy, central Malasaña, Madrid. Common amenities and areas include washing machine, a dining room, a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. This interior apartment is in an older style building with lots of character, and is located on San Bernardino street, in the neighbourhood of Argüelles, right in the centre of town. Within this fantastic location you can walk to Plaza de España, the Gran Via and explore the extraordinary Templo de Debod, a 2000-year old monument gifted to the city of Madrid by the Egyptian government. This ancient wonder is surrounded by landscaped gardens and enjoys of amazing panoramic views, making it a great place to go for a morning run. The total floor area of the flat is 160 sqm.
What we liked the most
- There are a selection of interior and exterior rooms on offer, allowing you to pick an option to suit your personal preferences. All exterior rooms have cute little balconies with gorgeous street views.
- All rooms are superbly equipped, including a desk, a heater, a small fridge and a TV.
- You will also be provided with an independent key to secure your room.
- There are 2 dining tables, one in the kitchen and one in the dinning room.
- Cleaning of the common areas and weekly change of sheets are included in the rent.
Things to keep in mind
- There are only 2 shared bathrooms, but bathroom 1 has 2 separate toilets and 2 sinks.
- The floorplan numbers every room, including rooms that are NOT bedrooms. Bedroom 9 on the floorplan corresponds to Bedroom 7, Bedroom 10 on the floorplan corresponds to Bedroom 8, Bedroom 12 on the floorplan corresponds to Bedroom 9.
