What we liked the most
- For added security, each room has its own key, allowing you to lock the room as you go to bed or leave the house.
- There is a small library in the apartment, where you can store your books or borrow one to read in your free time.
- There are 3 fridges, a large one in the kitchen and 2 smaller ones in the hallway.
- The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a stove, a microwave an oven and a dishwasher. There is also a dinning table with 2 chairs.
- There is a cool shared living area furnished with a large dining table and a sitting area with a coffee table and a TV. This room will be a great space to share a drink with your flatmates before heading out to enjoy of the great nightlife of Malasaña!
- There are 2 washing machines and a dryer to be shared among all occupants.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. The English speaking landlord doesn't live on the property and requires one month rent as a deposit. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Rent should be paid by cash or bank transaction. This landlord only accepts tenants between the ages of 18 and 35.
