Common amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a living area and 2 bathrooms. There is also central heating and all utilities and a cleaning service are included in the monthly rent. This apartment is located on Plaza Marina Española street, right in the centre of Madrid. There are several main landmarks within walking distance, including Plaza de Oriente, Plaza de España, Opera and the Gran Via. Puerta del Sol is only 10 minutes away by foot, making this apartment a fantastic base to enjoy all that Madrid has to offer!

- The living area is small but perfectly equipped to be a space where you can sit back and relax. It is furnished with a sofa, an armchair and a TV.
- Each room has its own desk and provides plenty of storage space to store personal items.
- For added peace of mind, each room has a lockable door.
- Bedrooms 7 and 8 are the largest in the flat, and have double beds.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and has 2 fridges and 2 ovens, allowing more than 1 person to cook at the same time.
- There is a washing machine, and each room has its own rack to dry their washing.
- You will love the central location of this flat, right in the heart of the action.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedrooms 1 and 6 have no window.
- Bedrooms 2 to 5 are interior and have windows facing an interior patio.
- There are only 2 bathrooms to be shared by all rooms.
