This apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. You can dry your clothes on the individual racks inside the apartment. The minimum lease for this apartment is 90 days (3 months). Wi-Fi is installed in the property and cleaning is done once per week.

The apartment is situated on Calle Bordadores, right between Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor - the location couldn't be more perfect. The apartment is fully furnished and the tenants will share two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen where you can test your cooking skills. One of the rooms also has an ensuite bathroom. You will be living in the most vibrant part of Madrid where you'll be able to experience the best restaurants, parties and events. We are sure you'll have amazing adventures and incredible stories to tell!
