You'll find this spacious flat on Calle Benito Gutierrez, nestled among the elegant buildings characteristic of the area. The apartment is fully equipped and shared areas include the living room with a big TV and a kitchen complete with an oven and dishwasher. Good thing cleaning is included in the rent, because you'll be living with 7 other people (but you won't have to share the bathroom with any of them!). The district of Arguelles is the perfect mix of residential, commercial, and student-centered, so you'll find plenty of places to shop or dine within walking distance. As an added bonus, the apartment is close to the hipster neighborhood of Malasaña, so you'll no doubt be busy exploring the city with your new flatmates!
