Shared areas of the apartment include the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms, and the rooms are an ideal choice for students and young professionals who like to maintain social environments both inside and outside their home.
The apartment is located in the heart of La Latina: there are literally countless bars within a 5-minute radius and the area turns into a destination for locals and tourists alike on sunny Sundays, when terraces fill up with those enjoying time with their friends and family. A short walk will take you to the geographical heart of the city, Sol, and the metro station is a mere 5-minute stroll. With such a convenient location, you'll never want to live anywhere else after moving into this flat!
