This is a perfect opportunity for those who prefer to live with a lot of people - with 11 other flatmates, you will definitely never get bored. The interior apartment is fully furnished, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a living area and three shared bathrooms. The social atmosphere, along with the unbeatable central location, make this 240 m² apartment a perfect place for students.
You will be situated near to plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and nightclubs, as well as museums and the beautiful Retiro park, which is just a short walk away.

What we liked the most
- The apartment is very big!
- With 11 other flatmates you will never have a dull time in Madrid.
- We really like the communal area, consisting of a large living and dining area, as well as the fully equipped kitchen.
- Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning services are already included in the rent.
- The apartment is near Paseo del Prado and the beautiful Retiro park is just a short walk away.
- The tenants will have access to three shared bathrooms, all equipped with a shower.
Things to keep in mind
- There are 2 videos for this property, which was fist visited by Alejandro, and then more recently by Elena. All bedrooms have been visited except for bedrooms 5 and 11, for which the landlord has provided us with photos.
- The video by Alejandro shows the common areas, along with bedrooms 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.
- The video by Elena gives a more recent tour of bedrooms 2, 8, and 10, and also shows bedrooms 1 and 12.
