This 4-bedroom apartment has rooms available to rent on Paseo del General Martínez Campos. Each room is fully furnished including two single beds and a desk, making them ideal for students. Common areas include 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely living area with a TV. This exterior apartment enjoys a great location in the neighbourhood of Almagro, close to Paseo de la Castellana, the National Science Museum and IE Business School.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is modern, and offers a comfortable and tidy living space.
- The common living area is a very pleasant room where you can get together with the other flatmates, watch TV or share a meal.
- There are 2 shared bathrooms, both equipped with a bathtub.
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove and a microwave. Cooking utensils, pots, pans and dining accessories are also provided.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 are interior, facing an interior patio. Bedroom 3 is exterior and faces the street.
