The 110 m² apartment is fully furnished and the tenants will benefit from 2 shared bathrooms, which are only shared between 6 tenants, as the 7th bedroom has its own, private bathroom. There are also a living room and a fully equipped modern (and red!) kitchen. The rooms are furnished, colorful and the bills are included in the rental price. You can access this 7th floor apartment with a fully functioning elevator in the building. In the Chamartin area, which is where you'll find the apartment, you will be able to find plenty of residential buildings along with shops, bars and restaurants. The city centre is easily reachable by either metro or bus.
