This is an ideal opportunity for those coming to learn Spanish as International House Madrid is located just around the corner from the apartment. You'll have easy access to other parts of the city, along with several delicious restaurants in the area where you can enjoy the amazing Spanish cuisine. The area of the apartment is 110m2 and all bills are included in the rent.
What we liked the most
- The living room is very spacious and full of light. The comfortable couches face a flat-screen TV and you can access the sunny exterior balcony from here.
- The balcony is furnished with patio furniture and faces the quiet Calle Mejico.
- The flat is beautifully decorated with colorful furniture and fixings.
- The kitchen is modern and comes with bright red furnishings. You'll have access to all necessary amenities, including an oven and microwave, to cook a nice meal.
