This exterior apartment with 5 bedrooms available for rent is conveniently located on calle Garcia de Paredes in the popular and charming neighborhood of Almagro. The tenants will have access to two shared bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with cupboards and drawers and a living room with a balcony. Almost all bedrooms feature a double bed and every single one has a desk. The apartment has easy access to Madrid's city centre as there are plenty of metro stations nearby. You'll benefit from having a library just around the corner, which is very convenient for students. You'll also have plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area where you can try out some of the best Spanish tapas.
What we liked the most
- Every room for rent has a desk, making this apartment perfect for students.
- The living room is fairly big and is furnished with a sofa. It also features a small balcony with a first floor street view.
- The apartment also has a small storage room where you can keep mops, brooms and other cleaning supplies.
- The kitchen is fully furnished and has plenty of cupboards and drawers, along with a big fridge. You don't need to bring anything with you as you'll have access to plenty of silverware, dishes and glasses. You'll also be able to use to the washing machine.
- Almagro is a quaint and authentic neighborhood, popular for its proximity to the city center. You're guaranteed a local experience living in this area!
- The apartment has a very easy access to the city centre as there are plenty of metro and bus stations nearby that you can use.
