The neighborhood of this flat, Tetuan, is a multicultural and residential area where you'll find a lot of ethnic restaurants. This apartment is around the corner from one of Madrid's main business streets, Paseo de la Castellana, where you can catch many bus lines to get around the city. A few minutes' walk will take you to Madrid's beloved Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, so football lovers rejoice! These 5 rooms are a mix of interior and exterior, but all are very spacious and offers tenants a comfortable home. The shared areas include the 2 large bathrooms- both with bathtubs-, fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, and a living room. These rooms are ideal for those looking to live in a well-connected area of Madrid! As an added bonus, you'll have all utilities included in the rental price.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is complete with a gas stove, oven, and even a dishwasher. No more doing the dishes for you!
- All bills, including cleaning, are included in the price, making your monthly budgeting a bit easier.
- The apartment is quite spacious and as they vary in bed type and price, tenants can choose according to their preference.
- Both bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs.
- The apartment is well-connected by bus and metro lines. With Paseo de la Castellana right around the corner, you'll have restaurants and bars in close proximity!
- All rooms have independent keys for added security.
