A spacious 5-bedroom, 100 sqm apartment on San Bernardino street, in the neighbourhood of Malasaña. This area is ideal for young people wanting to enjoy Madrid's vibrant nightlife, with many great bars within walking distance. From this great central spot you can walk to Sol, Plaza de España, Parque del Oeste and the Gran Via. This exterior apartment offers 5 fully furnished rooms for rent, each with their own TV, fridge and secure door. Tenants will share use of a kitchen, an interior patio, a laundry room and 2 bathrooms.
What we liked the most
- The entrance hall is furnished with a sofa and a coffee table, providing a nice space to get together with your flatmates.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, a 2 element stove and a microwave. Pots, pans, plates and other dining accessories are also provided.
- All rooms are really well equipped including a small fridge, a TV and a lockable door.
- Rent includes a weekly cleaning service.
- The interior patio is a great place to dry your laundry or store you bike.
- Malasaña is one of the most vibrant areas of Madrid. You'll never be bored living here!
