We are absolutely in love with this brand new shared apartment with four bedrooms. It's located on Calle Campo Real in Cuatro Caminos - you will be situated very close to Universidad Politecnica de Madrid and will have easy access to other universities and the city centre.
The bright, exterior apartment is fully furnished, featuring beautiful modern furniture throughout. All four bedrooms for rent have plenty of storage, a desk and a television - perfect for students! The tenants will have access to a fantastic shared bathroom, equipped with an amazing shower featuring massage functions. The fully equipped kitchen benefits from having a bar and plenty of cupboards where you can store your belongings. The caring landlord put a lot of thought into furnishing this 70 m² apartment and really made sure you will be able to have a comfortable stay in Madrid. On top of it all, all utilities are included in the price of rent - sounds good to us!
What we liked the most
- We really like the inspiring wall decorations of all four bedrooms. All rooms are also very quiet and feature a desk, some storage and a television.
- All utilities are included in the rent, along with a weekly cleaning service - the communal areas will therefore always be kept clean!
- As there are universities nearby, these rooms would be an ideal choice for students.
- The kitchen benefits from having a fantastic bar with stools - perfect for spending time with your flatmates.
Things to keep in mind
- While the apartment doesn't have a living room, you will be able to spend time with your new flatmates in the kitchen's dining area.
- Please note that the building doesn't have an elevator.
- Please note that the landlord does not accept couples.
