This 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Palos de la Frontera in the residential and well-connected area of Delicias. The flat offers 6 fully furnished rooms, similarly decorated, and with plenty of storage space; the shared areas include the bathrooms and the fully equipped kitchen with an oven. Situated to the south of the city center, you'll be within walking distance from the Atocha Train station and the lively, multicultural area of Lavapies. These rooms would be ideal for those looking to live in a comfortable home while having easy access to transportation lines.
What we liked the most
- All utilities are included in the rent, including weekly cleaning of the common areas!
- The rooms feature storage space under the bed to put away luggage and extra belongings.
- The whole apartment features parquet flooring, which adds a sleek look to the property.
- The neighborhood of the apartment, Delicias, is residential and very well connected to the city center. You'll be a few minutes' walk away from the Atocha train station from where you can catch national lines to other parts of Spain.
