This large 7 bedroom apartment offers 7 single rooms for rent. All of them are fully furnished, including a small fridge and a TV. Tenants will share use of 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a kitchen. The apartment is located on San Bernardino street, in the trendy neighbourhood of Malasaña, minutes from Plaza de España, Parque del Oeste and the Gran Via. From this fantastic central location you can walk to most important landmarks in the city, or you can jump in the metro which is only 2 minutes from the flat. The apartment is interior and has a floor area of 100 sqm.
What we liked the most
- This large 7-bedroom apartment will be a great place to meet new people!
- Every room has its own small fridge.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, a coffee maker, a 2 element stove and a microwave.
- All rooms have lockable doors.
- With a TV in each room, you won't have to fight with your flatmates over the remote.
- You can't beat the location of this flat, in the heart of Malasaña!
Things to keep in mind

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month.
