This four bedroom exterior flat is located on Calle Cristobal Bordiu in the Rios Rosas district of beautiful Madrid. The flat is close to several metro and bus stops, making it easy to get anywhere in the city quickly. Nearby is Golf Canal, excellent for any sport lover. Golf Canal offers areas for playing golf, padel or football. Parque de Bomberos, one of the many spectacular parks of Madrid, is also within walking distance. There are four bedrooms for rent individually and it has easy access to everyday amenities. The area of the flat is 110m2.
