Six cosy bedrooms are available for rent in this large, exterior apartment, located on Calle Fuencarral in one of most beloved districts in Madrid - Malasaña. The area of the apartment is 180m2 and each room is fully furnished - from the living room with a balcony, the kitchen with an oven, to two shared bathrooms, as well as the six bedrooms. To ensure a comfortable and stress free stay, all utilities are included in the rent. You will be located nearby plenty of chic cafes and will have easy transportation access to other areas of Madrid. This is the best opportunity for anyone who would prefer to live in the buzz of the exciting neighborhoods of Malasaña.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is situated in Malasaña, surrounded by chic cafes and delicious restaurants.
- All utilities, including cleaning and bed linen, are included in the rent.
- We really like how spacious this apartment is - it has 180m2!
- The cosy living room has a large television and a large balcony facing the street.
