Seven bedrooms are available for rent in this spacious house that is located in the Pozuelo de Alcorcón neighborhood of Madrid. Located on Calle Juan Diaz Mula, this home is great for students who want to be close to either the UCM or ESIC, as is just a short walk to both campuses. As this house has a floor area of 300m2, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy your time while in Madrid. There is access to a pool, which is shared among several other houses within the neighborhood, a nice amenity to have during those hot summers. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything one may need in order to prepare a nice Spanish meal, including an oven, large fridge and even a dishwasher, making cleaning up easy. Cleaning is provided once a week and is included in the rental price, along with the rest of the utilities.
