This spacious apartment with a live-in landlord measures to 90 m², consisting of a comfortable living area with a fantastic sofa and a dining area, an exterior balcony with 3rd floor views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Salamanca is a lively neighborhood where you will be able to find plenty of bars and cafes around the corner to enjoy the delicious tortillas and other popular Spanish dishes. And as a bonus, the beautiful Retiro park is less than 20 minutes away!
What we liked the most
- You will be living in one of most wanted neighborhoods in Madrid - Salamanca!
- The kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities, from plenty of cupboards to a dishwasher, two microwaves and an oven.
- We love the living room - it is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa as well as an exterior balcony with a 3rd floor view of the street.
- The apartment has 1 bathroom, equipped with a cosy bathtub as well as storage for your toiletries.
- The Retiro park is just a 15 minute walk away!
