The common living room, furnished with comfortable sofas, a TV and a dining table, is ideal for spending time with your new flatmates and the shared kitchen is ready to test your cooking skills. The apartment also has a shared bathroom while bedroom 2 benefits from having its own ensuite. Both rooms for rent are suitable for students as they feature double beds and desks where you can work and study. You will have easy access to Complutense and Polytechnic University as well as plenty other campuses around Madrid. The area of the apartment is 183m2.
