The apartment's 210 m² is distributed on 2 floors with the bedrooms upstairs and the common areas downstairs. The kitchen has modern appliances that include an oven, dishwasher, ample storage space and two large refrigerators, ensuring sufficient room for everyone's needs. Although the living room is cozy in size, each bedroom has plenty of space for tenants to relax.

Located on Calle Duque de Sesto, this is a perfect place for students attending the IE Business School, which is only a 30-minute walk away. The area is also very well-connected, with multiple metro stops and bus stations nearby, making it easy to get anywhere in the city in no time.
