Seven completely furnished bedrooms are available for rent in a beautiful apartment on Paseo de la Castellana. The apartment comes equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, stocked with a coffee maker and a modern refrigerator, a spacious living room that is ideal for entertaining guests, flat screen televisions in every bedroom, and two bathrooms for the apartment, both complemented with showers. This 160 m² property is blessed with a beautiful balcony that overlooks the bustling streets below. You will be living in the Nueva España and Castilla neighbourhood of Madrid, within easy reach of Plaza de Castilla and Chamartin station, you can plan trips to other parts of Spain from here, or simply explore different parts of Madrid. Those who enjoy relaxing in a cultural space can visit the nearby Centro de Expocisiones Arte Canal, while sports fans are 3 stops from the world famous Santiago Bernabeu football stadium.
What we liked the most
- You will live close to Plaza Castilla metro and bus station, ideal for those wishing to travel within and outside of Madrid.
- Every bedroom has a TV, perfect for those wishing to relax in the privacy of their rooms.
- The property has two bathrooms, meaning that use of those bathrooms will not be at a premium.
- The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, perfect for people who need an energy hit before a day of work.
- Every bed has a storage space underneath it, affording plenty of extra space in your bedroom.
- Each bedroom comes with a heating unit, making winter in Madrid more comfortable.
Things to keep in mind
