All five bedrooms are available for rent and are completely furnished with every amenity one would need in order to have a comfortable stay while in magnificent Madrid. Tenants will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a balcony that allows for third floor views of the surrounding neighborhood. Two bathrooms will be shared among the tenants and both are equipped with a shower and bathtub. The floor area of this apartment is 100m2.
