There are rooms available for rent in this stylish 130 m², 5-bedroom apartment with a balcony near the Real Madrid stadium in Chamartín. Situated on Avenue de Alberto Alcocer, this property is in the heart of a residential area that boasts plenty of green spaces. Ideal for football fans, this flat is a 10 minute walk from Real Madrid's Estadio Santiago Barnabéu stadium. The apartment offers an exceptionally large and luminous open-plan living and dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen is divided into 2 sections which are connected by a door and a window. The kitchen is more spacious as a result and features a dishwasher, an oven and a table for tenants. All 5 bedrooms are comfortable, equipped with double beds, storage space and heating units. The 3 shared bathrooms feature modern appliances and clean washing facilities. Just a 6 minute walk from Cuzco metro station, this flat is ideal for those who wish to live in a safe area that is well-connected to the city centre.
What we liked the most
- The spacious living and dining room is very luminous due to the large wall of windows that let in fresh air and give views of the street below.
- Bathroom 1 has a bathtub and shower system, which is a rare luxury for those who live in Madrid.
- The property features 2 tables, so tenants have plenty of places to enjoy meals and entertain guests. One is situated in the dining room, and the other is in the kitchen.
- The flat boasts plenty of storage space, each room has a large built in wardrobe and there are several storage unit scattered around the apartment.
- The small balcony is cosy and perfect for relaxing whilst reading a book, dining al fresco or entertaining guests.
- Tenants will be warm during winter as each bedroom features its own heating unit.
Things to keep in mind
- The property is not situated in the city centre, but is close to several transport links that provide access to the heart of Madrid.
