This stylish 3 bedroom apartment is located in Getafe, a well-populated and industrialized city located to the south of Madrid. The apartment is located in a prime location for students attending the Universidad Carlos III. It is also located close to the Las Margaritas cercanias station which will take you directly into Madrid city centre. The apartment itself is fully furnished with plenty of character and as an added bonus is equipped with air-conditioning. Tenants can enjoy a spacious living room space, lounge on the plush black leather sofas in front of the television. It is large enough to have friends to visit and to make use of the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including an oven, a dishwasher, kettle and oven. There is even a pull out breakfast bar for extra dining space. Every room has a window letting in plenty of light and furnished with enough space to store your things. The apartment measures at 70 m2.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although the bedrooms 1 and 2 are quite small, the spacious living room more than makes up for it.
  • You will be sharing a bathroom with the other two tenants, but once your schedules have been worked out this should not be a problem.

Transportation

This apartment is well connected to the bus network in Getafe. The nearest bus stations are: Avda de las Ciudades (N 30) and Calle Sánchez Morate (N 31) which are circular buses to take you around the city. The apartment is also a 15 minute walk to Las Margarita cercanias station which is the quickest method of transport to reach Madrid city centre. There is also El Casar cercanías is a 12 minute walk from the apartment and has service for Line C3 and metro Line 12. Line C3 connects directly to the center of Madrid (Atocha, Sol, Nuevos Ministerios, and Chamartín).
