This is an industrialized and well connected city to the south of Madrid, and the apartment would be a great option for students of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, which is just 20 minutes away on foot. At 95 sqm, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, washing machine, hot plate, toaster, and storage space. The bright and spacious living room features a dining table, sofa and armchairs, and entertainment system with a flat screen television. Finally, sliding glass doors lead onto the large terrace, which wraps around the entire apartment. There is more than enough space here for drying laundry, or for a small table and chairs.
