A modern studio with air conditioning is available to rent in Malasaña, footsteps from Gran Vía. The apartment is decorated in a contemporary style and feels bright and fresh, with light-coloured wood floors. The main living area has a sofa and a dining table for two, as well as a raised sleeping area with a double bed. The kitchen is quite ample and has a stove top, washing machine and microwave.
The location of this apartment is unbeatable; you will be living in ultra desirable Malasaña, just footsteps from trendy Chueca and the bustling Gran Vía. Much of the city centre is within easy walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The raised sleeping area makes the studio feel more like a 1-bedroom apartment.
- The kitchen is large for a studio, and has everything you would need.
- There is air conditioning; ideal for summer!
- We love the bright orange shower curtain.
- The location is superb; walk out of your front door and enjoy the trendy bars of Malasaña and Chueca and the world-class shops on Gran Vía. You really cannot get more central in Madrid!
